We never apply conventional pesticides or herbicides to our pastures. Our cattle and sheep are born on our farm, raised exclusively on our pastures, and spend their entire lives grazing the diverse mixture of grasses, forbs, and legumes that grow in our pastures. They are also provided free-choice organic minerals year-round and minimal locally sourced hay when we are short on pasture. We practice rotational grazing to improve forage production, soil fertility, and the health of our livestock.
